Social & Racial Justice Work
JusticeRain, INC works closely with our local community and government surrounding important and transformational issues such as social and racial justice. When Black Lives Matter and other local organizations worked to organized a protest march in the wake of the murder of George Floyd, JusticeRain was at the front leading the march. Both our CEO, Rev. Dr. Tracy L. Saletta, and President, Rev. James Bady, were key speakers at the march and in mobilizing local community members to continue to stand for justice, equality, and peace.

Class Completions
JusticeRain, INC believes in investing in others to be better… a better employee, a better parent, a better student, a better friend, a better overall person. We have come alongside numerous individuals to complete intensive classes for parenting, anger management and anti-theft. Our hope is that each class participant upon completing a course walks away with a deeper sense of tapping into the “good” that is within themselves to be a better members of the broader community.

Anti-Trafficking Work

Criminal Justice Conferences
JusticeRain, INC has held three conferences surrounding our criminal justice system reform, providing keynote speakers and panels composed of experienced experts in the field. We believe in the importance of transformation and systemic change within our local and broader criminal justice system and will continue to fight for justice and reform.

Act 120 Scholarship
Helping diversify Chester County law enforcement through scholarship funds.
After the murder of George Floyd, a small group of community members committed to social justice came together to take action beyond a march and speeches held on July 6, 2020. We learned that law enforcement reflecting a community can defuse tensions, solve crimes and are seen as more fair and just…but that people of color often lacked the certification required to be hired as police officers in Pennsylvania. So we established a scholarship for the local DCCC Municipal Police Academy training that is needed for certification.
