Rev. Dr. Tracy L. Saletta – President / CEO

Rev. Dr. Tracy L. Saletta has been serving Christ in various ministry leadership positions for over 30 years. She did her undergrad work at Purdue University, received her Masters of Divinity degree and Doctor of Ministry degree in Missional Church Renewal from Palmer seminary. She has served as Associate pastor at Cornerstone Christian Fellowship since 2008 and was commissioned by the elders of Cornerstone on June 14, 2015 to be the lead Pastor. She is the vice president and faculty member of the Identity School for Christian Ministry and vice president and CEO of JusticeRain, INC.

James Bady – Executive Director

James Bady has served as the Executive Director of JusticeRain INC since the Spring of 2017. He has a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from Michigan State University and a Master’s degree from the University of Michigan. He has helped lead, strategize and organize a number of businesses and has served in roles such as Manufacturing Manager, Global Strategy Project Team Leader, Director of Purchasing, and graduate level university Instructor. His focus and expertise lie in the areas of business strategy, organization and system development. James has a vision and heart for justice and to bring JusticeRain INC to a greater capacity to promote works of justice both on the local and global level.

Carol Metzker – Executive Board Member

Carol Hart Metzker is an ally for survivors, educator, TEDx presenter, author of Facing the Monster: How One Person Can Fight Child Slavery, and coauthor of A Shield Against the Monster: Protecting Children from Human Trafficking with sex-trafficking survivor Ann Marie Jones. She has consulted to The Salvation Army’s New Day to Stop Trafficking Program and works at the Chester County (PA) Sheriff’s Office. She coauthored Appreciative Intelligence: Seeing the Mighty Oak in the Acornwith Tojo Thatchenkery. She earned a bachelor’s degree at Penn State and a master’s degree at George Mason University.A member of Willistown Friends Meeting and the Rotarian Action Group Against Slavery, Carol is the recipient of a Rotary International Service Above Self award and several human rights/humanitarian awards.

Matt Kistler – Executive Board Member

Matt Kistler brings a wealth experience in community development and participatory pedagogy. He has worked as the Kenyan Food Security Coordinator for Mennonite Central Committee, as Program Manager of Water is Life Kenya, and as a Community Development instructor at Eastern University. Matt lives in Downingtown, PA with his wife Stephanie, twin daughters, Elizabeth and Sophia, and son Nathaniel.

Valerie H. Thomas – Executive Board Member

Valerie H. Thomas is a recent retiree from E. I. DuPont De Nemours, Inc. in Wilmington, Delaware. She retired in 2014 after 42 years of service in admin, finance and IT. She participated in the corporation’s monthly financial closing and business reporting of its global product transfers. She was responsible for an automated inventory system which included the development and delivery of training for users located around the world. She is currently working part-time for a funeral home in West Chester, Penna. Valerie earned her Business Administration degree from West Chester University and her MBA from the University of Phoenix. She is a member of Cornerstone Christian Fellowship where she serves on the Finance Committee. She resides in West Bradford with her husband Gregory of 41 years. They have two sons, Gregory, Jr. and Troy, and one grandchild, Sabrina.

JusticeRain, INC Founder

Rev. Dr. Robert S. Miller

Rev. Dr. Robert Stephen Miller received a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics from Muhlenberg College, a Masters of Divinity degree and a Doctor of Ministry degree in Marriage & Family Ministry from Palmer seminary. Dr. Miller received the Orlando E. Costas Award for Mentoring (Palmer seminary, 2007) and was passionate about seeing the next generation succeed in ministry. He helped in establishing Cornerstone Christian Fellowship in 1989. He was president of the Identity School for Christian Ministry and president of JusticeRain, INC. He authored Survival Handbook for Young Pastors, Spiritual Survival Handbook for Cross-Cultural Workers and the online 40-day transformational journey TempleWork. On March 2, 2015 Pastor Bob went home to be with the Lord. He is deeply loved and dearly missed by our community.
